What difference a day make

Today has been a most ordinary summer day among others. I fumbled my way out of bed at astonoshing 6 am and directly steered towards the lower regions of the shieldish residence in order to absorb energy. Sat and enjoyed my lonely breakfast as well as all early morning impressions, such as noisy fourwheelmoped mounted paper deliverers, bird song and neat morning sun. Somewhere between the paperboy and my rush to the bus I realised how lovely and underestimated such mornings are, they might lift a complete day to a higher ground all solely.

I spent the major part of my ride into town sleeping using perras sleeping bag as a pillow. It was one of the most pleasant busrides ever and I also doscovered the full potential of sleeping bags; they're are the best GD multitool ever created ! It's like a 2 in 1 thing, both pillow, sheets and quilt cover all combined into a superb item! I love those people who really has achieved to make a working fusion between two good things, such as "doubledusch" (that also is an item situated close to my heart). My busride was nevertheless fine and I arrived at the driving school just in time before class. I might skip all ddd during my ride with Bror (my huge finnish co-driver who seldom reminds to use those small things that might conceal his masculine smell a bit, such as deo.) and summarise it with that Bror is a good fella with a pitch of snuff constantly deforming his upper lip, but he does inevitably make any vessel, that seems spacious, to shrink as he enters it. Quite nice fella though.

The remainder of the day was spent at different locations during different occasions. Though most time was spent at Tuve and Vh 7 (for thoose who know what I'm saying ;P) and of course at the beachhhh. It was nevertheless in Tuve that I reached the day's second conclusion: dear God, how boring it is with just three tv-channels!
Whereas the boy from Tuve took a power nap (or something, donno actually... he actually seemed quite dead or at least at the border line to coma) did I grasp the chance and enlightened myself in the bliss of cable-tv ! :D I spend several minutes following the fates of the poor bastards in "beverly hill", some other time cheering at Clark Kent and the other fellas in Smallville and finally rounded up with some neat oldstyle bloodfeast with Buffy & Co. Gosh, lucky me who don't posses parabole neither cable nor digital Tv.

Well that's pretty much all for today... or at least all I want / feel capable to share with others

ooh... I forgotten.. I must say that mr P's dog looks much more vital since they relieved him form approx five grand gram hair :) but I seriousely doubt that anyone really cares about my estetical excam of per's dog... but whatever

Walking in the grass

An hour before the time I want to wake up, more exactly at 9 AM, I started to turn around in my bed. A certain noise was disturbing my already too shallow sleep. Seconds later I realised what was the source of the noise - my mother who wanted me to get up. Why I questioned myself, but just before I was to ask the question I remembered. Yesterday, I agreed to play golf with my mum at 10 AM. The only sad thing is I did not think about that fact while I was finishing reading "Digital Fortress" ( a quite interesting book by Dan Brown). The reading was of course interesting, but like a hungry wolf it had also eaten parts of my precious sleep. Tired, I finally managed to get into the shower to wash away all fatigue still tormenting my body. Five sandwiches and several glasses of milk later, I found myself sitting in the car, heading for the golf club.

Arriving, I found myself not beeing too tired anymore. So I began doing some warm-up exercises to get ready for the four hour long game, 18 holes. These four hours of walking did quite good to my body, but I also had to endure the most intense sunlight during the day... Quite tough since there are no good opertunities to take a bath while playing. (you could of course jump into one of the water obstacles, but the question is if you really prefer clay and leeches before some heat - I don't). Finishing the round after almost five hours (we had four slow-motion oldies in front of us), we finally sat in the car again. Minutes later, on my brothers moped heading the 300 meters down to the sea, then a short rush, a jump and finally I could feel the water surround my body. Wonderful, from torture to plain pleasure in one second.

Returning to the house I made some american pancakes, which I happily eat togeather with my family, sitting in the sunlight on the terrace. Moments of pleasure... Wonderful...

Some gaming and a pizza later I am now wondering what to do the rest of the evening. More gaming (I'm competing with my brother, playing the classical game "Zelda: Ocarina of TIme"), some guitar play, some acrobatic moves in the garden or prehaps start to read the only of Dan Brown's books that I yet have not read; Deception Point. Guess that I'll make my choise sooner or later. Peace!

Times changing

Finally I went on my well deserved shopping with Jen July and Jasiowa. No, you can’t imagine how many new things I need for the trip to Venezuela. Apparently I have a gift ( among all the other gifts that God gave me ^ ^) to manage to find something interesting to buy in every store. I love it, but my pocket is not that enthusiastic. So to keep my pocket pleased, I just bought a pair of shorts today. Anyway, it was very nice to walk trough the city and except from Venezuela I just chatted about Wash-wash, Nanny and Babe. (Yes, I love to use code names. ) Our relationship to this boys or should I say men, changed drastically two years ago and it is improving day by day. Let me explain. But first picture me as a giggly, shy 14-years old girl.

It all kind of started back then, four years ago, at an event for young Swedish Catholics. It was not what you probably think it was. Of course, we had some "praying" but there were also entertainment, a concert. Until today it is the best concert I ever been at. Except, that I "learned to know" this "boys", I learned that life is beautiful and that a guy can have a hot stomach underneath his shirt ^ ^. Performing topless and flexing ones muscles, was part of the concert, and Jasiowa, Kylen and I blushed and screamed together with the other girls.

These guys were older, so you can imagine how it was. We knew everything worth knowing about them and they didn’t pay us any attention :( When all comes around it’s not so strange at all, we were too young then, just giggly girls. Two years ago we "re-learned" to know them, or should I say they discovered us. ( Two years after that we discovered them, guys are so slow :P ) Today we are all good friends and they appreciate our company ^ ^. That is what "impresses" me the most. If I only knew that we would become friends, four years ago. I don’t know what I would do if I knew about this, back then just talking to this darlings, was something that just occurred in my sweetest dreams. Nowadays I see talking to them from another perspective :P

Life brings so many pleasant surprises. Wonder what Babe would do if he knew about all my crushes on him? Blush? Laugh? Cry? Well, today I revealed a bit about my life story. And guys, maybe there are some 14-years old girls, who knows everything about you and who you will discover first in two years thinking "oh where have this nice chicks been before?" :D :P Lots of love// The lost writer

Two weeks has passed

As said, more than one week has passed since this blogg was created. More than two weeks has passed since I, together with my friends, stepped out from Masthuggskyrkan to take our first deep breaths of summer. Two weeks.

I do not know if the time in my mind has a faster or slower flow than the time our clocks is showing us. All I know is that I at summer never think of time as time. Two weeks is what my computer's calendar tells me. I would say some rest and lots of fun is what has passed, not hours, days or weeks. Peaceful rest and joyful happiness. Time is something connected to stress and deadlines. Time is everything but peace and rest.

As a matter of fact, research has shown us that to totally be able to enjoy free time, as the summer vacation, we have to get rid of our schedules, calendars and watches. Yes, even our cellular phones is said to bring us nothing but unneccesary stress. I think they may be right, but they're missing one thing...

During summer you get the time to have fun with your friends, lie in the sun, swim, play - whatever you want. But to be able to meet your friends, a way to communicate is often needed. Thus the cellular phones could be needed. Another option is to instead of calling all your friends, plan what you are going to do on beforehand. You are thus given the oppertunity to leave your phone and instead follow your plans. There is however something that makes this not good either. No schedules!

So, to follow the advise you either have to be alone all summer, or have friends that live nextdoors. But what fun is it to only have one friend to spend your time with during summer. Not too fun...

The best advice I can give to you is therefore to try not to follow a exact daily procedure, but to take everything as it comes. Planning some events is neccecary, but not to be overdriven. Calling and chatting is also neccesary, as well as everything that open new doors of summer joy. Peace...

Getting darker

After a whole spring dedicated to enjoy the sunrise occuring more and more early, and the sunset more and more late; it is now time to during the rest of the summer and the autumn, enjoy the contrast. We will gradually get less and less time per day to enjoy sunlight. But is this good or bad? I would say both...

Most people like either summer or winter the most, or prehaps both of them. The quantity who likes spring and autumn however is much smaller. How come?

Autumn. Rain, yellow leaves, rain. The spring is merely a conversion between summer and winter. The trees drops their leaves, leaving nothing but their beautiful naked bodies. Wherever you go you will always see the leaves that used to dress the trees. Former beautiful leaves, that now only contributes by emitting a rotten smell. The sunlight given to us dissappears more and more. The air temperature becomes colder and colder. Everything to prepare us for the winter. The winter when the rain no longer is rain, but beautiful white flakes callled snow.

During the winter, the air is cold and fresh. You wear much clothes to protect you from the chill outside, and gets the oppertunity to enjoy the wonderful form of water called snow. With snow you can do so much. Not only that it is beatiful, it reduces the friction compared with many other materials in nature. This allows you do many joyful things, for example skiing or snowboarding. Could it be better.

The following spring however is a period of change. You will enjoy more and more sun, and that is without doubt positive. But you will also experience rain, sleet and so on... Nothing is really perfect with spring, partially you can enjoy it, partially you can dislike it. Nothing like with the winter.

After a quite long period of change it is time for a period of happiness. A period of sun, and rain. A period of heat and water. A period of joyful events. Summer gives you the most out of everything. You can even go skiing in the hottest places, though on water or prehaps sand dunes. You can swim in the great oceans. Lie in the water for several hours, just to be able to enjoy a nice lunch at the beach. Go listening to music at one of the many conserts of festivals that takes place during summer. Or just sitt down, thinking about whatever you want.

Summer is the time to enjoy life. Summer is now - go enjoy yourselves!

Indoor in sunlight

Damn, damn, damn. A sunny day, spent almost totally indoors; exept for one little dip in the sea. Why? Because of a crappy computer, or more exactly, because of a crappy service centre.

In january this year our graphics card collapsed. I could of course just have bought a new cart directly, but that would be very unnecessary since there still were warranty on the crappy box. A little call and they collected the computer, kept it for too long time (3 weeks) and then came back with it. Opening the box to see what the had done I became quite happy. A completely new graphics card, yay! But the happiness of mine was not to be prolonged.

After installing the first game (yes, the had deleted every single file on the computer, those bastards), I soon realised that the graphics card wasn't working as it should. After a few minutes of gaming the computer crashed. I tried again, and again, and again... Still the same f***ng error. Still warranty, so I called the support team again to have the graphics card changed. Three more weeks and then we got the same shit sent home again. Not working, aargh! To make it live a bit longer I installed some modified drivers, and changed some BIOS-values. Just as expected it worked a bit longer. Up to an hour actually. But what could the problem be? Probably hardware incompability according to me, so I sought for an update to the crappy Spider-D motherboard installed in the computer. But wait, compaq doesn't exist anymore, nor does any updates. HELL! (not that I bougth a Compaq computer by my own will, it was my mother who got an offer through work).

Nothing left to do, nothing at all! So again, call up the support and wait...

This is merely one of the reasons to buy a console instead of a computer as a gaming device. With a console you never need to care about drivers, hardware problems e.t.c. Surely, if you are rich, you can buy the parts that you want and upgrade every week. But for us who havn't got that kind of money, a console is without doubt the best choise. Many games, optimized for the device, many GOOD games. And - the next generation of consoles will be able to produce graphics with so high quality it will satisfy even the most fastidious person.

It's summer

I can hardly believe it. The summer is here. It really is. Even my biological watch is commencing to understand that summer no longer is a distant goal, but merely a plain fact. Is anything comparable to waking up in the morning, hearing the birds sing. Rolling up the blind to let the sun in and at the same time take a deep breath of the fresh air. Asking myself that question, there is only one thing I can think of as better, one thing that I sadly cannot share with you.

Summer is here, and I have finally begun to realise that, both psychically and physically. Every single part of my body has finally found relief after a partly troublesome year in school. Now is the time to satisfy all other needs, like everything not connectable to schoolwork. There can of course be reasons to study even during summer, but since we go to school 75% of the year (counted in weeks, not hours or days), there are even better grounds for chilling during summer.

Another great thing to do during summer is earning money. Spending summer indoors, or in some cases outdoors, to change the poor student status is surely something you will enjoy both during summer and during the next year of school. I am however one of those who have not got any job. Nice, some may say, since I have got more time for myself. But having no job is not nice at all, not exept for the first week. Sleeping, getting up late, having nothing to do since everyone works and most devastating; earning no money. Well, having no job has more negative aspects than positive. A lot more. I could work as anything, even with a very low salary. I just want something to do during my too long days. Sleeping somehow feels so meaningless.

These evenings

Three hours since my last post... Three hours of … nothing!

First hour: I just sat staring on a computer screen, when my brother was playing. Very useful indeed =), very... I mean, could anything be better than staring, staring and staring on something with no meaning at all? Sadly, I must say that the answer is yes.

Second hour: Hmm, staring at the TV. Since the rest of the family happily watched Chicago Hope, I felt there were not really anything else for me to do. Very educative to watch a program where they don't even can do proper cardiopulmonary resuscitation. I don't think so.

Third hour: The first sensible hour of the three, almost. What made it not being ultra boring and meaningless was the fact that my mum cut my hair. The only thing is that the result doesn't really satisfy me. Hopefully though, that will change soon, as it usually does. It takes some hours to get customed to a new fur on your head.

After these three empty hours I am now planning to go to bed and read some pages in Angels and Deamons. However, there is a high probability that I instead of that will get stuck in front of my computer continuing with doing nothing at all. What a wonderful life.

Water, sun and sweat

Today, I somehow managed to sleep until 11, exept for some minor little walks and wakes at 07.30, 08.36 and 09.28. Quite impressive while looking upon the fact that I usually sleep to 7 or 8, even when I do not have to get up.

As most day, this day started of sweet and nice. A nice breakfast with oat porridge, apple, some bread and a perfect caffé latte with steamed-whipped milk. Wonderful, just sitting in the sun eating breakfast and reading the newspaper, wonderful. When there were nothing left to put into the metabolic system, the enjoyment continued with one of my pre-chosen summer habits; playing the guitar. However, there was one thing that stopped me from staying there forever - the sun. I just had to get out!

On with the jogging shoes and out in the sun to empty all of the body's water reservoirs (well prehaps some of the fat reservoirs too, if I'm that lycky =/ ). Sunlight, and methabolism (that like most reactions emitts a certain amount of heat) gave me another need just when I finished my little jogging session. Hence, I hopped upon the bike, and then into the sea. Can anything be better than a bath after jogging? According to me, the answer is no...

Some biking, gaming and eating later, I sit here looking back upon another day of this summer. A whole week of the summer vacations has already passed. A whole week of joyful events and pleasant living. A whole week of my life...

A day of Hula's taste

Sun, sun and sun. Surely sunlight is something we all need, happiness and vitamin-D production is merely a few of the positive effects of sun. Though everything has it's pros and cons. That's why I as much as I like sunny days, feel great about rainy days. My range of interests is wide enough to let me enjoy every possible weather...

Earlier this year, when a storm made us have to live without electricity for over one week, there were still things to do. Sit down by a candle and read a book, play the guitar and sing, socialize with the family and so on.

I feel the same about summer... Rain gives you the possibility to enjoy indoor activities, sun gives you the possibility to enjoy outdoor activities. That's why I never complain on the weather. Prehaps I can comment the weather to be not perfect sometimes, but mostly I try to look positive upon all kinds of weather.

The Glamorous Entrance

First, when Johan offered me to join this "dairy-writing-site" I hesitated. God, I could not expose myself to this because among this people who doesn’t use anything bout a sophisticated language, I would just appear as a "fool". But, ha, I have changed my mind. And hmm, if I got this properly "this" site just crawls with testosterone, just male authors (!!!) So I have to take my responsibility and contribute with some oestrogen, as female author. What I’m I waiting for? Let’s get down to business!

And I woke up, far too early according to myself, and considering the circumstances. It is summer, I am having my well dissevered summer holidays and sleep-how-long-time-you-like-mornings. Including peace and quiet in the morning as a matter of course. Apparently my "sweet-growing-up-baby-brother" doesn’t really care though he decided to have an argument with my mother 07.30 in the morning. It was not amusing at all and while walking down the stairs I acquaint myself with the argumentation, complaining for the lack of peace and quiet :D

Anyway, I needed all time I could get though the agenda for the day was overloaded. I started up by baking a sponge-cake which I brought when me and the Blue Ocean visited our old form master and his amazing 2-years old daughter. We spend a nice afternoon at his place but the time was ticking away and the monks in Jonsered were awaiting our arrival. Jen July, Jasiowa and I took the commuter train to Jonsered so that we could practice to make candy floss again. (I really expect You to come so that I can make You some, 15.00-Friday-Jonsered.)( And some of you came, truly thankful) At the very end I was home again and after some mischief with my grandfather I ended up on MSN. I now I want my pillow. Take care and attention(!) it is only 30 days left to Venezuela. ^ ^ // A true member of the Blue Ocean _/)_/)_/)_ ( 22.06.05 )

What a wonderful day...

There are things that you remember, those things are for example wonderful days. As many of the summer days, today was one of these.

At seven this morning, I wake up. Kinda early for being in the summer vacations, but what the heck - you only live once so why spend that time in bed? However, after collecting my guitar I ran downstairs and made some very nice pancakes for breakfast. In the meantime, some other goodies slipped into my mouth :D After a soft breakfast I placed my butt in the living room sofa to watch the beautiful rain(oh I love rain, in rain you can do everything, and you don't have to get cancer), listen to the thunder and play some guitar. After a while my younger brother woke up, so I made some pancakes for him too.

Feeling a bit bored by just sitting and listening to the thunder I we went upstairs to play "Juiced", which we did happily for some hours. The time was then close to two, and I had to make me some lunch since I was going to the gym. A frech noodle wok later and I sat on the bus reading the wellwritten book "Angels and Deamons" by Dan Brown. Feeling a bit tired I fell asleep and woke up finding my book on the floor - but aah, the floor was clean and dry, so no damage was caused.

A nice gym session, and a sleepy travel later I finally entered my nice house. Even better was the fact that the dinner was to consist of a very good tasting salmon with perfect sauce and potatoes. Wonderful I would say!

Hultsfred, the mud fest.

Hello!
This is my first post on this thingie so wish me luck.

I want to tell you about the reason I missed our break-up ceremony, the Hultsfredsfestival.
I woke up on wednesday morning and grabbed my luggage and walked out the door. On the way to my tram-station I realized that my luggage were far to unconfortable to carry more than a small distance. "Well, I'm going from bus to bus so it won't be any problem" I thought. I was wrong. After a four hour bus journey I found out that I had to carry these bags from hell for two kilometers until we were at the camping site, I was ready to collapse in the intense heat after only one. My travel companions let me sit down in a chair to rest and to guard their backpacks (oh my, why wasn't I that clever to bring my backpack?) with my lifte while they were searching for a place to set up our tent on the almoast full camping site. Astrid, Frida and David called me after half an our and said that they have found a free spot. They came to get me and to carry some luggage there. But the spot was muddier than a sandbox in a firedepatment. Everywhere in sight mud was there filling the view. And this was the only space big enough for two tents to fit in that they had found. Then like a call from above Sakari called me and said that he had found a great place, it was dry and it had space left for a couple of tents. The catch was that this place was on the far edge of the camping site. Well, we made it and in the end our tents stood there so magnificently.

Now we could relax and chill out for a while. The festival didn't start until the next day so we went to the beach nearby and bathed. The night fell and people got drunker and drunker. Me, Astrid and David hadn't brought anyting to drink so we felt a little bit malplaced there. But it is kinda funny to watch drunk people.

The next day the festival began and our friend Olof and his friend Seb came and made our camp a slightly larger camp. The first day was very hot and sunny and all we had were one bottle of sunlotion factor 6.
That day we took it easy and saw, Helmet, Slipnot, Marilyn Manson and Las Palmas.
The Slipnot consert took place on a large gravel-field and in that heat the field turned into a intense dustcloud from time to time. But the consert was very good, what a rush, they were really crazy.
The Las Palmas consert was really crowded and it was on this consert that I had a small dispyte with another person in the audience. I saw an asshole who I thought was touching Astrid in a slightly inappropirate way. I told him to stop doing that. He continiued. I tried to peacefully take his hand off Astrid, he forcefully pushed me away. Now I was mad as hell. He was going to the back of the crowd and while he walked away he punched me in the face. I weren't late to react and punched him in the back of his head. He left. This concert wasn't any good. Las Palmas were better on Arvika last year.

The day after that I saw Slayer, Nine inch Nails and a litte bit of The magic numbers, Snoop Dogg and Millencollin.
I didn't like Slayer but Nine Inch Nails ruled this festival! I was near the stage on this consert and it was awesome. (Sakari liked Nine Inch Nails too) I managed to get a shower this day too. During Nine inch Nails it rained A LOT and it was good, otherwise we wold have to withstand the dustclowd of Slipknot. We found a bunch of people living in the north of sweden on that consert, they were cool. When we came home this night Frida and Davids tent was broken and our Mushroom flag was also broken. We don't like people who aren't nice.

The last day of the festival was the busiest one, I bought a bandana and a flowerstick. We saw USCB Allstars, Timbuktu, Lars Winnerbäck, Doktor Kosmos, Håkan Hellström, Sator, System of a Down, Looptroop and the Hives.
System of a Down rocked the moast. Looptroop, the Hives and Timbuktu were also good. The bandana was lilac.
This day was also sunny.

The day after that (Sunday) we took the bus home. Not much to tell you about that. When I finally got home I fell asleep for about 12 hours.

I hope I didn't bore you that much but Johan told me to write something about Hultsfred and I did.
Over and out.

Welcome!

Introducing this little blog with a few words. Welcome and hi! :)
